December 15, 2025REDWOOD HEALTH CENTERI've had stomach issues for almost 20 years, and until recently, I think under Dr. Norton's care, along with the other wonderful doctors under the Gastrology department, Dr. Tsusuki included, she has been helping me to maintain my chronic issues. Things that will never go away but can be maintained so I can live and not be in misery like 90% of the time. Isn't that the goal, not to be miserable every time one eats? I think so, plus help me to be aware genetically, so I can help my kids to prevent some of the issues that are hereditary. I think Dr. Norton is great. I have recommended her to others who have gastric issues, which alone shows how great I think she and her team are.

That's it, if you ask for more info or question her she will lie to you & break promises, not listen to you & not correctly report your problems to her supervisor. That's because she doesn't ask about other known diseases, or problems, read your history, ask questions, listen, read your messages, or tell the truth. She's rude & could careless if you're going through a hard situation in life. She will make it harder, cause she's just a 9-5 Dr getting through her day.

I have had some very challenging providers in the past here in UT, including out of state where I came from, but Dr. Norton has been one of the very few who has not been dismissive or has gaslit me since day one. She has ran every test she could to get to the bottom of all my symptoms as a long-covid patient. Her patience, willingness to listen and provide the care I need has been essential to my overall well-being. I am so blessed to have a provider like her and I just wish, there are more doctors like her in this world. Most of our trauma as long-covid patients stems from providers not believing us and or dismissing our symptoms. So beyond grateful for Dr. Norton.
