The class moves very slowly to match the slowest students, but it will be helpful to anyone willing to do the things suggested by the the therapists. They are very helpful in answering questions and responding to comments of the class.
Her insomnia program was very helpful and useful. She is very good at what she does!! I really appreciated their patience and their knowledge! Thank you!!
The class is for beginners of insomnia - I already have the understanding of the material so the information is redundant for me
