  • Kelli Gross, MD, is a fellowship-trained urologist specializing in Male Infertility and Men’s Health. She completed her undergraduate work at the University of Texas at Austin, graduating with a BA in Studio Art and a BS in Psychology and. She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch and completed her residency at the Mayo Clinic in Arizona. Dr. Gross elected to pursue an additional year of training at the University of Utah focusing on Male Infertility and Men’s Health.

    Her surgical specialization includes the treatment of erectile dysfunction including surgical placement of inflatable penile prosthesis (IPP) where she has extensive experience in both minimally invasive infrapubic and penoscrotal approaches. Her experience in penile prosthetic surgery includes complex revision procedures for patients around the country. She also has expertise in microsurgical procedures including vasectomy reversal (both vasovasostomy and vasoepididymostomy), Microdissection Testicular Sperm Extraction (microTESE), microscopic varicocelectomy, and microsurgical spermatic cord denervation. She is also trained in penile plication for penile curvature and sees a high volume of patients for injection procedures for Peyronie's disease. She also performs holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP), and is one of the few surgeons in the Intermountain West performing this procedure. Her practice consists exclusively of Male Infertility, Men’s Health, Erectile Dysfunction, Peyronie's disease and surgical management of Testicular Pain and Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia.
