Very off putting personally with no sense of personality or compassion. Having a provider that I can connect to as a human and someone who can show compassion and a genuine interest in me as a person is a big deal for me. As a provider myself, the lack of connection and compassion she showed me was concerning. I will never return to the U for ENT related care. If she doesn't enjoy her job and she can't treat her patients like people with real concerns then she needs to find a different career, not in direct patient care.

I am a bit disappointed, she did her exam, it was good, but then she did some blood work, telling it was for one thing, and from reading it, sounds like something else, now I am waiting for someone to call me and tell me the meaning of it, and what my next move it, be it her, or my rheumatologist., I don't like sitting in suspense about my health. reading my labs, there is more wrong than I want it to be. I just want to know the whole details and not be lied to about it

The provider is in hurry and wants to leave the room as quickly as she wants and when she leaves the room refuses to come back to answer a quick patients question.

The treatment I received was very thorough and I can hear again!!

Kelly gave me her full attention and quickly resolved my hearing issue. She sent a prescription to the pharmacy but told me it could be expensive and advised me to have the pharmacy call her if that was the case. She then prescribed an alternate RX that saved me $85! Thanks a bunch, Kelly!

At times it seemed she was in a hurry and not enough time a bit uninterested in what I was saying like it wasnt really important

She has a very understanding deminer to her. She even followed up with me later that night, because of a medication I was taking wouldn't of been good for me. She advised me to stop it and would call the next day to let me know what I could take for my pain..

Kelly asked lots of questions and provided all hoped-for inspections and treatments beyond just my preceding hearing test. Answered all of my questions well, and gave me clear results and recommendations to take home with me.

I didn't like her, she actually laughed at me when I told her one symptom I was experiencing and dismissed it. I felt stupid for making this appointment. I won't return to her.

Kelly was very dismissive of my concerns and seemed annoyed at being in the room with me for as long as she was. I was very uncomfortable and left with many unanswered questions and advised to consult with primary care even after I told her I was referred to ENT from my PCP. Not a good experience.

Dr told nurse a list of things to give me directions on and things I would need to follow the directions. All I walked out with was a piece of paper. When dr said the nurse would show me how to do something that was on the list of what to do Wasn't really happen left confused and unsure if I was going to be able to do the instructions correctly

Felt like I was being interrogated, like they didn't believe I actually had any issues or I was wasting their time because I hadn't tried every OTC available to me. As a guy, it's already hard for me to get myself to a dr, and I finally did to try to take care of myself, and left feeling so stupid. I don't want to come back even if my issues persist, I don't feel welcome here.I thought maybe she was acting like this because she had to run to another appointment, but when I left I saw her in one of the staff offices on her phone.

Kelly is a very conscientious, thorough Health Care Provider. She has shown concern for me and my condition and the willingness to do and provide the things necessary for a positive outcome, even when there is some chance that my condition may not improve. Most of all she listens and takes the time necessary to ensure a good outcome. I feel that I am in very good hands and will continue to receive excellent care.

They are awesome

The Privider was very thorough but did not explain the decisions she made about my medications. I found out about medication changes when I arrived at the pharmacy to get my monthly medications filled. She had cancelled my Metformin and my Gabapentin without notice to me or the doctors who prescribed the medication. Particularly the Gabaoentin that I have been slowly reducing each month. To quit thus medication "cold Turkey" when I have taken it so long is not recommended by the Pain doctor who prescribed the medication. Canceling Metformin was nit as bad because I had not taken it for more than a few months, but the GabapentinnI had taken in huge fuses over 9 years. This was disconcerting and I had to have another Dr restore the medication until I could travel to Bountuful Utah to have a reduced prescription ordered. If she had discussed her decision about these medications with me so I fully understood the action she was taking, it would have been better. I will do as she recommended but in a method recommended by the original prescribing doctor.

I understand that it's hard to find a satisfactory treatment to my sinus problem, and she's uncertain about an answer until, maybe, she can talk to other professionals.

tenia cita esta semana. me llamo un asistente el cual me hizo un par de preguntas. y como me hab?a visto el medico hacia una semana me cancelo la cita. osea q por q me vio hace unos d?as no me puedo enfermar en la pr?xima semana. tengo q esperar un mes o m?s para enfermarme o sentir alg?n malestar. he dado listados de todas las cosas q siento y no han sido atendidas. incluso en mychart hay una parte donde se escriben todas las cosas q te tenemos las condiciones de salud q nos est?n afectando en esos momento y supongo q es para nada por q nadie te contacta. y cuando te ve el doctor es como si tuviera apuro y apenas le puedes decir todo lo q sientes.
