Extremely attentive to my health issue and made my hearing problems a very big problem to solve. She helped me understand the way my hearing works and what can cause issues and helped me plan all the steps ahead especially worse case scenarios just to be on the safe side.

She was very attentive to everything I told her and explained everything she was doing, as well as my next steps after she finished. Very off putting personally with no sense of personality or compassion. Having a provider that I can connect to as a human and someone who can show compassion and a genuine interest in me as a person is a big deal for me. As a provider myself, the lack of connection and compassion she showed me was concerning. I will never return to the U for ENT related care. If she doesn't enjoy her job and she can't treat her patients like people with real concerns then she needs to find a different career, not in direct patient care.

I am a bit disappointed, she did her exam, it was good, but then she did some blood work, telling it was for one thing, and from reading it, sounds like something else, now I am waiting for someone to call me and tell me the meaning of it, and what my next move it, be it her, or my rheumatologist., I don't like sitting in suspense about my health. reading my labs, there is more wrong than I want it to be. I just want to know the whole details and not be lied to about it

The provider is in hurry and wants to leave the room as quickly as she wants and when she leaves the room refuses to come back to answer a quick patients question.
