Following her residency, Dr. Epstein returned to UC Davis for a fellowship in burn surgery, critical care, and trauma. She now brings her expertise to the University of Utah Burn Unit, working alongside a world-class team in one of the nation’s leading burn care centers.
Beyond the operating room, she enjoys attending concerts, collecting vinyl records, reading novels, and traveling the world. Her favorite destinations include Vienna, Budapest, Berlin, Iceland, the Galápagos Islands, and Sardinia. She is also a proud cat mom to her beloved Maine Coon, Boo (Radley).
