Dr. Verilli and her resident Dr. Caspar were very competent and empathic during the visit. We appreciated that they explained everything very thoroughly, layed out all treatment options and gave opportunity to ask questions. Very good communication through MyChart and lab results came back quickly.

Dr. Verrilli is the best! I've been through a lot when it comes to infertility, and she just gets it. She's supportive and sensitive and really takes my feelings into consideration. For the first time in a long time, she's also given me hope that there may be a light at the end of the tunnel. That's a tough place to get to during infertility. I feel like we are a team, and that type of patient experience is hard to come by.

Provider was high on friendliness and talking but did not review my test results with me. I am feeling very weak, Im dragging, I have very little energy. I dont think there was much investigation into my medical symptoms but the provider was quick to offer writing up a prescription for an undiagnosed problem. I had to run the appointment and direct the provider on issues that a doctor should review with me. I am a long term patient with ample data in my medical record that the provider could have looked at prior to the appointment and they could have led the conversation versus me driving the convo.

She is so caring and kind. She helped distract me from an uncomfortable procedure by asking questions about my daughter. She spent a few minutes following the appointment to chat with my husband and I about our daughter and look at a few pictures. She truly cares.
