Prior to medical school, she received an MPH at Emory University Rollins School of Public Health and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Botswana, focusing on HIV prevention in school-aged children. Dr. Bale treats children of all ages and her interests include improving care for underserved populations, preventative pediatrics and medical education. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, skiing, playing ultimate frisbee and spending time with her family.

    Dr. Bale is very knowledgeable and thorough in her patient care but also so approachable and easy to connect with. She took extra time to connect with our children, so they were comfortable in the clinic and made us all feel at ease.
