  • Marilou Oh is excited to join the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation team at the University of Utah Orthopedic Center and work in close collaboration with Dr. Richard Kendall, Dr. Pamela Hansen, and Dr. Zachary McCormick. Prior to moving to Utah in August 2016, Marilou worked in pain management in New Haven, Connecticut for thirteen years where she specialized in the management of chronic pain patients with Implanted Intrathecal Drug Delivery Systems. Marilou had also served as a sub-investigator in clinical trials that evaluated the safety and efficacy of immediate release opioid medications for the treatment of break through pain. Marilou earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Physician Assistant studies at D’Youville College in Buffalo, New York. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Marilou also holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.

    Marilou Oh is an excellent provider. Has helped me to understand my lower back problems by reviewing my past procedures , ordering an MRI and based on those results ordering an epidural. Her understanding of my lower back issues have helped me enormously.
