She is smart, informed and -- above all -- great at listening to my concerns and questions. Even though surgeons have a reputation for being egotistical, Dr. McCrum was the opposite -- more interested in my worries and assuaging them than she was in showing me how much she knows. A great person.

Dr. Mccrum saw me at my worst, but she was kind, patient, knowledgeable and caring during my situation. She answered all of my questions in the follow up appointment and recognized me and my situation as soon as she entered the room. She took great care of me and ensured I felt confident in my care, recovery in the hospital, and I had the tools/information to continue recovery at home. Thank you so much!
