Mary Ding is without a doubt the best Nurse practitioner/doctor I have ever seen. I am 70 yrs old so that says a lot. She is so patient, empathetic, knowledgeable, and understanding, I do not feel rushed, and she understands my complaints. She is awesome

Mary Ding is absolutely one of a kind. She was present and listened with intention. She asked detailed questions and was extremely patient. After almost 10 years of different symptoms she was the first to look into everything a provide and answer and solution for something that is very rare. I would recommend her to anyone. Everyone needs a provider like Mary Ding.

This was my first Rheumatology visit since Dr. Jackson's retirement and I was quite anxious about it. I needn't have worried. Mary Ding is absolutely wonderful. She did a very thorough review of my history and asked a lot of questions. I feel that she will be very invested in assisting me to stay as healthy and active as possible. I am so happy that Dr. Jackson recommended that Mary be my new provider.

Mary Ding was good, but the attending doctor that day was incredibly rude and condescending. I left the office in tears and sobbed in my car. He showed no concern for me, was in the room for 2 minutes, and dismissed my symptoms.

I went in for follow-up and Mary saw that my condition had declined from the last visit but we also were able to discuss my diagnosis. She was able to find a medication that had minimal side effects that could possibly help me with additional pain management. I was so grateful that after 2 years of seeing doctors, I was able to talk about managing pain and how this has affected me. It did help that I had a diagnosis this time.

This is my first visit. So proposed treatment, risks or benefits wasn't discussed. Mary got A LOT of labs done. She did a lot of labs to confirm differential diagnoses. She took time to go through all of my problems and went over each symptom on her list to see if I had experienced any of the proposed symptoms. She also did a physical exam, and proposed the idea that the problems I have in my joints could also be due to hypermobility. She also left room for questions. I have an upcoming appointment with her, to go over my positive labs and x-rays.
