Meredith Columb, MPAS, PA-C

Meredith is a certified Physician Assistant (PA) originally from Vermont who began her career in 2008 after graduating from the University of Utah’s PA program.

She started in private practice in General Oncology and Hematology, caring for patients in both clinic and hospital settings. This experience deepened her passion for building meaningful relationships with patients and their families during some of the most challenging times in their lives.

In 2012, Meredith joined the Division of Urology at the University of Utah, focusing on the care of hospitalized patients and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to address complex medical needs. In 2021, she transitioned to Interventional Radiology, where she continues to find fulfillment guiding patients and their families through medical decisions, procedures, and recovery with compassion and dedication.
