This was my first appointment with Dr. Murray, and it was a pleasure. I came home feeling I had learned a lot and that once again the care and staff at the U/U clinic in Farmington, were excellent. I was not thrilled at her reaction when I was asked about if I planned on getting the COVID-19 vaccine. Although she did help educate, she seemed very persistent in trying to convince me to go against my decision for myself to not get the vaccine until it has been accepted and approved by the CDC.

I have always had terrible menstrual pain, and Dr Murray is the first Dr I have seen in a LONG time, who actually showed concern for my issue. Even though I'm not at a place where medical intervention makes sense, it was nice to talk through all the options, in case there was something new that I didn't know about.

Michelle Marie has been my primary care physician for several years since my last doctor retired Scott Stallings I feel heard and listen to and she includes my thoughts and ideas and her decision making once I had a problem and I explained it to her and she apologized and was very professional about it so it's not like every time I've had the greatest care but that one issue was resolved immediately

My baby was born 2 months premature and she's my first child. Dr Murray has been our pediatrician since we were out of the nicu, and will be our ped for future children. She is knowledgeable and really cares for her patients in the same way she'd care about her own children .we didn't get a book this past well child visit but I think that was the nurses/assistants fault not Dr. Murray's. It's okay though

First time meeting Dr Murray. Her reviews were very positive and since Dr stallings left I thought I would meet her and see if I could continue with her. So here are a couple of thoughts with my initial interaction with her-1) "Sorry I'm late, my baby was up 3 hours last night." Ok, I understand. 2) "Why are you here?" I explain my need for Rx's to be review and renewed. Then I am told I should experience mindfulness exercises instead of medicines. I wanted to say I am practicing such practices but she didn't want to discuss. I also explained I wanted to meet her and asked her if I could continue and have her be my physician and she said "if you want to travel to Farmington" no other word on my question. I wanted to hear, yes, I would be happy to be your physician' or yes, I could help you' or something that gave me so encouragement to begin a medical relationship but NOTHING!! I know she was tired from staying up with a child 3 hours that early morning but there was very little expression that I was welcome to join her patients. She was good to talk to and listened fairly well but I was preached to and no enthusiasm for me to come back or follow her to the Farmington office has me re-thinking my strategy. I have really enjoyed UofU Health but not sure if I will continue.

I already did

It's been a challenging year for my family, but Dr Murray has helped so much. I'm so grateful for her empathy and knowledge.

This doctor conducted a Pap smear. She did a okay job of sign posting each step she took until it came to the end of the Pap smear. When she finished she didn't tell me I could put my legs down and that we were done. Instead she left me with my legs up in the air and vagina exposed as she stood up and said I'll get results back in a few days and walked out. That really ruined the experience for me. I wish she had at least tapped my leg and said you're good to close them since we are now done. Her prompt exit leaving me still laying down exposed made me extremely uncomfortable. This doctor should continue to explain the next steps to a patient and not stop once she's finished the exam. Pap smears are already a sensitive procedure and this physician showed no sensitivity towards myself as a patient.

The height weight was entered in wrong at our appointment and showed my son as being slightly obese, although upon physical exam It was obvious that wasn't the case. The doctor did note that, but still said my son was, according the the numbers, slightly obese. I think she should have double checked the numbers before stating that to my son, who listens to what is said. She also noted the the one time blood pressure read was high and instead of retaking it to double check (which I think should always be done with children if a out of normal range is noted). Then despite the nurse coming back in to double check the blood pressure (which ended up being normal) the doctor didn't come back in to state to my son that the numbers were wrong and his weight was completely normal. I just feel like she should have reassured my son in person after telling him that he was slightly obese. That just seems like poor communication especially in pediatric and adolescence when kids are already ready hyper sensitive to body image. Also we did receive immunizations but were not given any information on which ones- my son even asked after which shot he got? I know that he got the flu because we asked for that one but was not told the other shots we got or given any information on them. This was very different than our other providers who always were very clear on the immunizations given. I was really surprised by this and think this should be improved. Also as a pediatric visit, our past pediatricians talked more about normal development and took our well child check to educated there and this wasn't done at all at this appointment. Our insurance is with the University, which is why we switched providers, but overall we were not impressed with our experience and will be looking for a new pediatrician within the University of Utah system.

Unclear on next steps other than getting labs drawn. When results were received the provider mentioned no further testing was required and to treat the allergy. We don't know what's causing the allergy (large red dots on her face). She is still having symptoms. Her autoimmune condition is not an allergy, the red dots are new, and we weren't aware that she had allergies until the results came back. We are surprised by the response. Her regular PCP (Dr. Rupp) we think is on maternity leave. She is great and we hope she returns. She is always good at follow up and treatment plan.

I feel Dr Murray cares very much however I was very overwhelmed with the amount of information given by her about medications. What made it even worse is she was wearing a mask the entire time and I could not understand all she said. I think she is a lot like me and thinks out loud. It made it hard for me to follow what she was saying. I left feeling very frustrated.

I have been waiting to hear back from my dr since Monday about a drs note I had asked for on Friday and a prescription refill I have potentially lost my employment because of not receiving that drs note.

My husband and I love Dr. Murray. She is an excellent doctor.

I realize the doctor is probably very busy with everything going on, and my issue is not life threatening but I wasnt asking for much time, my virtual visit took maybe 5 minutes, where I suggested I had a kidney infection. she said I probably had a stone, but will treat me for an infection anyway. after I recieved my tests back I had an infection. this is understandable, it is more likely to have a stone than an infection. my infection was caused by strep rather than E. coli. I understand this is a more rare type of infection. I called to see if i should be worried about spreading strep and if the antibacterial would target strep as well as E. coli. it has been 4 days I have not heard anything still. fortunately I have connections to a dialysis center and got some information from someone there instead. all I asked for was less than 5 minutes to answer those questions and schedule a new test. I understand things are different due to the pandemic but any care would have helped.

Spencer had 3 new medicines started and ticks seemed to get worse during that period. Dr. Murray thought it was probably due to the sleeping pill he was taking. She sent a prescription for a pill he had used in the past. We changed pills immediately and the problem with the tics have disappeared so far! We are so grateful for Dr. Murray's compassion and care!!! Se has always been there for Spencer when he has needed her advise and care. We are so very grateful!!!

This appointment is exactly why I try to build a rapport with our medical staff. It confirmed that I chose the right person to be our primary care provider. Dr Murray talked with my 11 year old for a long time. She made sure he know she'd support him through the struggles he's facing. As well as helping me to help him. I texted through MyChart October 4 well after hours that my husband tested positive for COVID. On October 5, early in the morning she responded that she wanted a virtual visit that morning. She prescribed Paxlovid just in case I presented with symptoms. The next day, October 6, I came down with a fever, coughing, difficulty breathing, and couldn't talk. I already had the RX, so I was able to begin immediately. And yes, I have now tested positive with the pink line. I appreciate Dr. Murray being proactive and caring.

Dr. Murray is a wonderful provider. She takes the time to listen and offers reasonable suggestions.

She's very nice but I find I have to summarize what I think she's trying to tell me to ask if that's what she means because I have a hard time understanding her.

Dr Murray was so patent with [NAME REMOVED]. He is about to turn 13, and I'm so proud of how well he did with communicating with Dr Murray. She was patient and clear with him. It was a great start to teach him to communicate directly with his provider.

I think I had too many things going on to discuss, but even though I really like Dr. Murray and I think she keeps up on the literature and is very informed, the way that our health care system is being locked in how they treat patients is not working for me.

waited one hour on hold before call was picked up. Explained my health concern. was not listened too. Had to get care from another physician. waste of my time and money. will never see this physician again. terrible listening skills and poor concern for me from physician. bad timing skills to make me wait one hour for no actual help.

i am complicated medically, yet Dr Murray is always very thorough in considering potential reactions, allergies or other complications. She actually listens to me...I wish some of my other physicians were more like her!

Dr Murray took the time to show us the CAT scan of the lungs which no one else had done. She also talked to us as a team to care for my father and respected him as a patient and didn't just dismiss him because he was a senior.
