Minerva was very attentive, gave me room to speak, and assuaged my fears. So far her clinic has always been timely, something I also really appreciate. I will recommend her to everyone I can.

I had concerns about respiratory issues and she didn't even listen to my lungs. I was left somewhat dissatisfied and seeking a second opinion.

I trust her with my life. When I see her and she gives me that beautiful smile, I am relaxed, not scare of nervous because I trust her. I have had bad experiences in the past with providers and have trust issues however, not with Minerva. She and I speak Spanish and if I can't give her a detail in English, I can do it easily in Spanish since I think in both languages. She is caring, understanding and not judgmental. She treats me with respect and works with me regarding my medical needs. I love her and have respect and admiration for her. We need more Hispanic providers. The best part of ending my appointment with her,is being able to hug her and say thank you for everything. May our Father in Heaven continue to bless her with her profession -- she is a love.

It was supposed to be a general physical but she took the time to chide me on my 20 pound weight loss over 5 months as I 'was not doing it the right way' as I was not adhering to a strict diet and exercise regimen along with my prescription to wegovy. I have an arthritic knee and am unable to participate in intense exercise and this has been relayed to Minerva at each of my appointments. They also made assumptions about my current health due to my lack of ability to high impact exercise before the blood had even been drawn for my annual physical. I was humiliated in front of my wife and when asked to make it more of a positive experience, I was told it would not be sugar coated and was encouraged to pursue different care. Horrible experience. I was so happy with my progress and it is all being thrown away due to a care provider that was very judgmental and hurtful in their assessment
