Myken Briggs is an Exercise Specialist with a degree in Exercise Science from the University of Utah. She’s ACSM certified as an Exercise Physiologist. Myken brings with her many years of health care experience, most recently at Intermountain Health Care. Myken’s focus is on using her expertise to provide excellent patient-centered care. When not at work, you might find her in southern Utah ‘my happy place’ or dressed up as a cow at the annual Salt Lake City Veg Fest!
