Nicole was kind but efficient. She reassured me that the freezing of my pre-cancer would not be as painful as I was expecting and she was right. She was patient with me and my concerns.

Dr Behrmann, answered my questions, explained the process, was very thorough, I appreciated that she asked how I was and if I had any plans for the summer, I felt that she was interested not just making conversation. Nicole removed a growth from a "blocked pore" on my back and took a biopsy from a dry area of skin on my right ear to have checked for cancer. I brought her attention to both areas of concern. I did not feel like she looked at any other areas of my upper body that may have been of concern.

APRN Nicole listened well to my concerns and talked to me about my treatment options. She gave me great care for my skin issue - much improved. I will definitely return to Nicole for any future dermatology treatment needs.

Phenomenal APRN. I was nervous about meeting with a APRN instead of a doctor as the nature of my medical concerns has been ongoing with little answers. I am so glad I kept this appointment. Nicole read through my chart, lab results and looked at the pictures before the appointment and was ready and prepared for our visit. This rarely happens. Either the attending caregiver is reading the notes as they walk in or they have not even taken the time to look at them. She listened. Not to placate but to understand and get more information. Her empathy was refreshing. She even cringed when I cringed. Exceptional service! Because of the way she approaches her job, I feel like their is hope in finding the answers!
