I have great confidence in Dr Hess, it's just difficult to see her with her limited schedule

First time I saw the doctor or her attending, so we were just getting to know each other.

I had a couple of issues to run past Dr Hess and she is getting me set up for what I need, and explained clearly why she can't give me new meds for one of them, but gave me some new ideas about how to manage it. She is looking to my best health, and not scheduling me for exams or scans that I don't need. I appreciate that.
