Dr. Hess is a new MD to me and I felt at ease relating some medical problems. She appeared very thorough, took her time listening and suggesting some possible treatment when I consult with Dr. Hess in a few month. She is personable with a sense of humor. I was impressed and I feel very lucky to have been accepted in her practice.
Great experienced and knowledgeable provider.
Took time and gave me the opportunity to discuss problems and make plans together
I consider myself lucky to have Dr. Rachel Hess as a doctor.
Great physician. Intelligent with compassion and empathy.
Dr. Hess is one of the very best!!! :)
Dr. Rachel Hess is a physician who is highly knowledgeable of women health issues, giving good feed back and understanding of wants and needs for any issues I come thinking about. It is wonderful to feel heard, understood and able to be part of my healthcare decisions.
Dr Hess inspires confidence. She is easy to talk to and answers my questions thoroughly. I feel like Im a partner in my health care.
Dr Hess seems to have a lot on her mind. Not sure she reads my chart before entering exam room, and while very friendly, don't feel she a very strong personal connection to me or my medical history/concerns. May be expecting too much as this was only my 3rd visit (over the last year).
I had a couple of issues to run past Dr Hess and she is getting me set up for what I need, and explained clearly why she can't give me new meds for one of them, but gave me some new ideas about how to manage it. She is looking to my best health, and not scheduling me for exams or scans that I don't need. I appreciate that.
First time I saw the doctor or her attending, so we were just getting to know each other.
Dr. Hess is an excellent physician and takes very good care of me. She's smart and I always look forward to my annual physical. She and her MA always get back to me in a timely manner.
Dr. Rachel Hess cares so little about me it is humorous. I have seen her now about 4 years. after this last appointment I am finding a new primary care doctor. She came in, sat down, asked me what I wanted. She addressed all of my issues except I might as well have been purchasing a piece of furniture. she does not know how to use the computer program and talked to it and fussed with it more than she did me. for all of your concern over history and asking questions, she, nor the nurse, never read my history nor asked me any questions about iANYTHING. I know she only sees patients once a week. but that is more than enough for her. i asked her what her research is about. she replied something about wellness. thats a joke.
Very caring and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend
Highly recommend as a physician who values and honors the preferences of her patients. Only available on Tuesdays so may be a challenge to schedule with her.
She's an excellent doctor, and I received excellent care.
I have great confidence in Dr Hess, it's just difficult to see her with her limited schedule
Very patient, interested, caring, and has great ideas for changes to my routine.
Dr. Hess is very experienced and professional. She listened to our concerns carefully and answered our questions fully. Great job!
Excellent!
Listens, explains clearly and includes me in decisions. Treats me like a "grown up."
Thank you Dr. Hess for the excellent care you provide.
She's wonderful & caring.
Dr. Hess and I have a true interactive working relationship. Together we discuss my health issues and concerns, she respects my research into conditions and we make best practice decisions based on the total picture of my past and present health.
Excellent in all ways
Doctor was good but would have appreciated some follow up considering my concerns due to the circumstances of the appointment.
Dr Hess is a great and caring person.
Rachel Hess is the best..Nothing but appreciation and highest confidence in her competence and authentic presence.
Dr Hess was completely focused on my needs and concerns and was not rushed or distracted
Thorough, friendly, and takes the time to address your concerns. Offers advise that include alternate (meditation) and traditional remedies.
She shows her care for her patients; she is very professional in explaining patient's questions.
She is very caring and thoughtful about how you are feeling and with any concerns you may have.
Dr Hess listens and discusses with me the issues I have and interjects humor into the discussion. She has practical solutions and respects my view points.
She made me feel very confortable and nice to me
Very positive experience
It was a good conversation.
Dr. Hess is amazing! She was just running very far behind that day.
I trust Dr. Hess with my care. She is a kind, knowledgeable and professional and listens well to any questions or concerns that I present to her.
Dr Hess is a wonderful provider. She listens, gives excellent explanations when I have questions, and includes me as a participant in my care. I have every confidence in her.
Dr. Hess is very responsive, empathetic and organized.
Dr. Hess is fabulous, patient, demonstrates excellence in her medical manner and knowledge. Andie/Andi was welcoming and set the tone for the visit in such a positive and supportive manner. They were efficient, listened well and responded thoughtfully to questions asked but also in offering information. I've worked in health care for years providing supportive counseling. This visit entirely met my expectations of what I wanted and I feel gratitude for the patient centered care I received!!
Excellent
Dr Hess is exceptional. She assesses my current status, reviews my history and works with me to develop a treatment plan for my complex needs. I have a great deal of trust in her and I feel her genuine concern.
Dr Hess listens and cares and makes sure you understand
I am very happy with the care I receive from Dr Hess. I trust her to coordinate my care with other providers and I feel she is incredibly smart and dedicated to good medicine.
Dr. Hess was great! She spent plenty of time managing my care and the appointment did not feel rushed. She listened to my concerns and addressed each one.
Dr. Hess spends time talking and asking how you feel and have any questions. I value her opinion concerning my health and trust her to make informed decisions when needed.
thanks Dr Hess, you're the best!
Didn't really discuss any treatments for anything. Appt was for an annual physical. But we did have a casual conversation which I recognized as a good check for my current mental/emotional state during this pandemic. So I thought it was a useful conversation.
Compassionate and honest. You can't ask for more from a physician
Dr. Hess is the absolute best.
Dr Hess is very good. I trust her and that's a new experience for me
I appreciate Dr. Hess' professional yet friendly manner and her knowledge base in dealing with my health. I trust her with my care.
Dr. Hess provides such great care and I know that she's always listening and thinking clearly how to best handle whatever I bring to her.
Excellent
Dr Hess is a thorough, compassionate, knowledgeable professional who is always willing to discuss my health and help me plan.
