Dr. Zayed is an expert in treating all sleep disorders, including sleep apnea, circadian rhythm disorders, hypersomnolence disorders, restless leg syndrome, and others.

Her interest in sleep medicine began with a deep appreciation for the profound impact that sleep has on overall health and well-being. She is particularly passionate about educating patients and trainees alike on the critical role of sleep in preventive health and chronic disease management. Through research, teaching, and clinical care, she strives to advance the understanding and treatment of sleep disorders as a vital component of holistic health.

Dr. Zayed completed her residency in both Hackensack Meridian Health in New Jersey and Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center in Ohio, followed by a sleep medicine fellowship at the University of South Florida and Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, Florida.
