    Dr Sontheimer, professor was excellent in talking to me. He explained what was going on with my skin what he could do about it and was it OK with me if he proceeded and I said yes he and his staff were very courteous and very helpful. I use a walker and I felt his assistant was extra helpful making sure the doors were open for me. There was room for my walker in the room and make sure I was comfortable. This was a great experience for me.
