EXTERNAL SITEDr. Yenchek is brilliant, yet I understand as he shows me the test results as he is explaining what the different numbers mean, offering options to improve my kidney function, BP, and overall health. His compassion and care are evident as he asks questions, and we look at options. My life has improved along with the care for my kidneys and BP. Hope and concrete steps make every day better.

Didn't address me by name in the virtual visit, gave me hard to hear news with a less than helpful tone, was pulling up my chart info at the last minute, has shown up late to the last two virtual visits. I expect the doctor to at least address me by name and remember a little bit about me before launching into the visit.
SUGAR HOUSE HEALTH CENTERI appreciated how he took into account my dilemma of having osteoporosis and needing calcium, at the same time as having high risk for kidney stones from too much calcium. Wish he would also help with the psychology involved -- give tips as to how to keep drinking 90 oz per day which I'm struggling with psychologically and physically. A mental tip or two, an idea for scheduling this, etc. would be helpful.

UH HOSPITALS AND CLINICSWhile I'm not certain, I suspect Dr. Yenchek is an academic and likely a teaching physician. I had many questions regarding long term stone prevention, primary regarding diet. Dr. Yenchek's responses were calculated (academic), yet honest. I appreciated learning where the science is definitive, but more importantly where the science is "thin".
