    Rylee at burn clinic expertly and efficiently evaluated and cared for my burned up foot, in a kind and compassionate way that made me feel like UU burn clinic cares about me as a person. She anticipated what problems could arise after healing, including what might happen at home vs at work, and advised me accordingly, even giving me the supplies I might need. I feel so much better now.

    Rylee listened intently to my 5yr old without making her feel like she shouldn't be talking. She never cut her off and helped her understand what was needed. She involved my daughter with everything. I loved that!
