  • I believe that a physician’s role is to serve as a partner, confidant, and guide in navigating an individual’s journey to optimal health. You are the master of your life and your health, and I will do my best to serve as a catalyst for your goals. My specialty training in family medicine forms the foundation for my practice and focus in osteopathic manipulative medicine (OMM) and lifestyle medicine.

I utilize osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT), a hands-on therapeutic modality appropriate for many acute and chronic neuromusculoskeletal disorders and injuries, to promote your body’s innate affinity for self-healing. In my practice of lifestyle medicine, I address your condition and symptoms through the natural framework of human health – diet, exercise, sleep, stress management, social connectedness, and avoidance of risky substances.

I am thrilled to be a part of an interdisciplinary team of healthcare practitioners at the University of Utah Health!
