  • Shane Beeton, APRN, is a board certified family nurse practitioner in the department of Cardiology practicing in the Interventional Cardiology Clinic and the Syncope Clinic. His interests include helping people manage their cardiac health including angina, blood pressures, cholesterol, cardiovascular disease, arrhythmias and improve healthy lifestyle. He also has interest in evaluating and managing syncope and POTS.

    Shane received his undergraduate degree from the University of Utah in the Science of Nursing. He then worked for six years as a nurse in oncology, neuro critical care and interventional cardiology at the Huntsman Cancer Hospital and University of Utah Hospital. During this time he received his Masters of Science in Nursing degree with an emphasis in family medicine from Westminster College.

    He grew up in Utah and currently resides in Salt Lake City with his family. He has a wife and three children, two boys and a girl. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, the outdoors, eating good food and riding his motorcycle.
