I just don't think he was prepared with my chart. I know what I read on my test and it was not normal. I feel like I was passed off, I am not faking what I feel, let me tell you I would rather be walking and going out with my family and friends. We are working with a difficult problem and I don't expect Shane to be a miracle worker. I've learned to trust that he will be honest with me, has my interest at heart and will work with my attempts to understand my situation and move forward.
The after visit report was very informative. It not only included the current visit notes and Doctor's prognosis but included past medical history to the current date. The report was all inclusive for a complete history.

Under this system, it is still hard to determine who is in charge. Visit was good but I should have had a doctor. Next visit, if I do not see a doctor with good answers as to medications etc., I will leave the system.

First time meeting this provider..agreed to see team member because Dr Ranjan not here..
Hard to rate this provider when this was my first and probably last experience with him. He didn't understand my history and he said he didn't know what was going on. But I felt like he didn't really try to understand what was going on. He didn't ask many questions and just relied on results from my emergency room visit.
Shane Beeton is a great provider. He listens, he understands the health issue for which he is treating and he offers appropriate treatments.
I saw Shane this time but Dr Steinburg and his team are excellent.
