I enjoyed getting to know Shannon better. She is really fun to talk to and very thorough with my medical chart. She was also on-time for my appointment which I appreciated. Also, when she gave me my injection, I didn't feel anything!
She's polite and kind respectful and distract me from my shot by asking me about my weekend and I had a nice visit
