The level of care and "bedside" manner provided by Dr Bertoch and Abram is exceptionally high. I am a healthcare provider as well. Their demeanor is some of the best I've seen in the over 25 years I've been in practice. I was anxious about some unusual bumps in a couple of very private locations and these two handled the situation impeccably. I can't sing their praises enough.

Dr. Bertoch is friendly, kind, empathetic, a good listener, communicates well and you can tell he loves his profession. He and his staff create an environment of a caring, connection and a closeness not often seen in medicine today.

My only issue was the amount of time it took to schedule an appt. It took 2 months. My PCP also sent over pictures when she sent the referral and apparently no one had seen them. A tele-derm program would be helpful to reduce wait times.
