Susan Baggaley is wonderful. She always listens carefully when I tell her about my headaches and suggests ideas to help me. Her treatments are quick and as painless as possible when you consider I'm getting thirty shots or so to my head, neck and upper shoulder area.

After just a few months, I have gone from having debilitating head pain almost every day down to 4-5 days of pain per month, and the pain I do have is more manageable. She is friendly and personable, and her support staff have been great as well.

This was my first visit with Susan Bagaley, I was apprehensive because I loved Dr. O. I was so pleasantly surprised! Susan was amazing, I felt heard for the first time with a new doctor!!! She spent plenty of time reviewing my history and making a few adjustments, but didn't change everything, asked repeatedly what she could do to make things better for me! I am so fortunate to have been assigned to her!!!
First time seeing Susan and was happy with how she was up to date on my care from Dr. O - She was easy to communicate with and impressed how she was taking on new patients with also being the director!

In the past, I worked with Dr. Ozudogru who offered poor care in all of these areas. Dr. Baggaley (whom I was just transitioned to) has offered the best care I have ever received from any neurologist. She must be one of the best in the clinic. She was so thorough, listed to my concerns and provided me with information and answers to my questions.
The team of Dr. Baggaley and Dr. Singh was far beyond exceptional. They were attentive and compassionate and extremely knowledgeable!

My experience was good on the date of service, however, since that time it has been terrible. It is now Feb 5th and I have yet to receive medication - which was supposed to be called in on the 25th. I've emailed via MyChart twice, left several messages, spoke with the nurse Amber, spoke with the scheduler who spoke with Amber - still no medication. I transferred my care to the University thinking the service would be as good or better than my previous provider. Now, I'm left without my previous, excellent provider, and cannot get service here. As an employee of the UofU, I know how they pride themselves on service, however, in this case it has fallen flat.
She was very thorough and explained everything really well. She also listened to me and answered all my questions.
