Susan Baggley is wonderful! I feel so lucky I was able to establish care with her for my headaches/migraines. She took time to really understand my symptoms, come up with the right treatment recommendations, and thoroughly explain her reasoning. After just a few months, I have gone from having debilitating head pain almost every day down to 4-5 days of pain per month, and the pain I do have is more manageable. She is friendly and personable, and her support staff have been great as well.

In a word - GEM! Susan has helped me manage my migraines and occipital neuralgia for several years. Susan has been my caregiver for many years and she is as terrific today as she was a decade or more ago.
My experience was good on the date of service, however, since that time it has been terrible. It is now Feb 5th and I have yet to receive medication - which was supposed to be called in on the 25th. I've emailed via MyChart twice, left several messages, spoke with the nurse Amber, spoke with the scheduler who spoke with Amber - still no medication. I transferred my care to the University thinking the service would be as good or better than my previous provider. Now, I'm left without my previous, excellent provider, and cannot get service here. As an employee of the UofU, I know how they pride themselves on service, however, in this case it has fallen flat.

Susan Baggaley has an incredible memory for my problems. She integrates in her mind my many different conditions and medications into her analysis and diagnosis. I find it amazing. no other health professional has ever been able to remember and pull together my whole health picture like she does. Amazing!
She is the best headache specialist I have gone to! As I stated before, she was able to put together a treatment program that worked to help keep the migraines from coming all of the time and if they start up I have the right medication to stop them. I went to several doctors over several years who were unable to do this. She is an amazing nurse practitioner and I feel so lucky to be under her care! She is brilliant!

This was my first visit with Susan Bagaley, I was apprehensive because I loved Dr. O. I was so pleasantly surprised! Susan was amazing, I felt heard for the first time with a new doctor!!! She spent plenty of time reviewing my history and making a few adjustments, but didn't change everything, asked repeatedly what she could do to make things better for me! I am so fortunate to have been assigned to her!!!
In the past, I worked with Dr. Ozudogru who offered poor care in all of these areas. Dr. Baggaley (whom I was just transitioned to) has offered the best care I have ever received from any neurologist. She must be one of the best in the clinic. She was so thorough, listed to my concerns and provided me with information and answers to my questions.

Susan is much more than a very good care giver. She is a true blessing in my life and, I imagine, for all her other patients/families. In the 25+ years that Susan has cared for me she has gone above & beyond to provide the very best quality care including updates from most recent research & thorough clinical exams. This last appointment was particularly meaningful as I was heading into a long, major surgery & was worried about waking up with intractable migraine. Susan's suggestions for the anesthesiologist made a world of difference. After 6+ hours of general anesthesia I awoke with no nausea, no vomiting, & no migraine!! I have had quite a few surgeries over the years & this is the first time I have not awakened with migraine & being very sick, some times for days. Thank you (once again) Susan! You are a true blessing in my life.

Dr. Baggaley is one of the most caring and detail oriented providers I have experienced in the UU hospital system. She also goes out of her way to be reachable in case of questions of emergencies, which is truly remarkable, given the busy schedule. I would very much recommend her in a heartbeat.
I really like Susan Baggaley, she is personable and doesn't hold back, and I really appreciate that. She let's me know what she is thinking and what I need to change. That's why I keep coming to her( well that and she has me from having 2-3 migraines a week to 1 every 10 days) even though my insurance doesn't cover the U.
Sue is a 'GEM'. The 'real deal'...a rare health care professional who genuinely cares. She is friend to one and all.
