Dr Werner is so ON IT! When she enters the room, I feel lilke my own personal angel has arrived. The questions she asks make it clear she has reviewed my records and is interested in my health. She doesn't hesitate to call me on the carpet for some of the bad habits I have picked up during COVID (like my diet and lack of exercise). She makes sure I am addressing all of my health issues, not just my cancer. Esther is wonderful too. She is so thoughtful and caring. Together, both Dr Werner and Esther Kannapel are a formidable team--I feel like my cancer wouldn't dare show it's face again around these two!!!

Dr Burt and Dr Werner have been fantastic physicians. Dr Burt specifically has been very involved and attentive during our weekly visits. She shows genuine care and does a great job explaining things. We have been very impressed by these doctors.

most of the visit was conducted with a resident whom I had not seen before. I felt like he was fairly thorough in gathering information, when the physician came on the line...not sure anything had been communicated with her with any detail. I think for a virtual visit, it may have been better to see Esther...the NP who knows my Hx and concerns.
All of the providers were professional, concerned and reassuring. They took time to answer my questions as well as my family's questions.

Most of my visit was with Esther, even though my appointment was supposed to be with Dr Werner. Esther was very thorough and compassionate. Not only did she reference Dr Werner's notes, but she also looked up Dr Maurer's notes to make sure every aspect of my care was addressed. Both Esther and Dr Werner are great.
I forgot her name but she was exceptional.
Didn't like not seeing my onc. team,but totally understood why we had to do it this way. They asked me if I would be okay doing a telehealth appointment and I said yes. But...I didn't! Esther and Teresa answered all my questions and I wouldn't of received any other information had I seen them in person, its just nice to see them and have them do an actual physical exam (even though I had no complaints). Of course I understand the reason and the nurse, Esther and Teresa did a great job!!
