Dr Werner is the Best Oncologist I've ever had: I've had 3: Univ of Wisconsin: Dr Rice (Excellent)& Some doc in Univ. of CO: more interested in my necklace. Werner is Knowledgeable & Professional, but she is So Nice & Very Easy to talk to. She is concerned with the mental emotional aspect as well as the physical issues at hand. All information & Options are addressed & discussed. if a question is still out there when she leaves the room, I am given a call & decisions are made. I appreciate Her entirely as My Oncologist & Trust Her Research & Understandings of Medicine always being updated constantly. She gives me Peace of Mind. I am able to Heal: Emotionally, Spiritually, Mentally, & Physically! Thank You Huntsman for having the Best Physician Nurse Team Ever: Dr Werner & Stephanie.

most of the visit was conducted with a resident whom I had not seen before. I felt like he was fairly thorough in gathering information, when the physician came on the line...not sure anything had been communicated with her with any detail. I think for a virtual visit, it may have been better to see Esther...the NP who knows my Hx and concerns.

Most of my visit was with Esther, even though my appointment was supposed to be with Dr Werner. Esther was very thorough and compassionate. Not only did she reference Dr Werner's notes, but she also looked up Dr Maurer's notes to make sure every aspect of my care was addressed. Both Esther and Dr Werner are great.

Didn't like not seeing my onc. team, but totally understood why we had to do it this way. They asked me if I would be okay doing a telehealth appointment and I said yes. But...I didn't! Esther and Teresa answered all my questions and I wouldn't of received any other information had I seen them in person, its just nice to see them and have them do an actual physical exam (even though I had no complaints). Of course I understand the reason and the nurse, Esther and Teresa did a great job!!
