One word, about Tyler. He's amazing! He shows so much concern about making sure I'm the healthiest I've even been and taking care of myself.

Tyler literally doesn't care this is not my first interaction with him but it was my last. I have used the U of U Health system for years but this last year was horrible

Dr. Brown is exceptional! I used to be an ¿only for serious injuries¿ patient. Since seeing Dr. Brown as my PCP, I have made a 180 this year. He sees me as a whole person and not just a current condition. I am down 20lbs in a few months and he has sent me to referrals to dermatology, mental health, and a nutritionist to improve my health. I carried on for a long time not addressing issues, so feeling someone is on your team is so reassuring and uplifting.

Needs to listen better; it's not bout him it's about the patient. He has lots to learn

He listed but then was I think it may be cancer we are going to do blood work, xrays and schedule a ultrasound. I asked do I need to come back or what exactly is going to happen. He said I will leave information in My chart. I have not heard anything back. How can someone say you may have cancer and then nothing no reason, no followup nothing.

PA WAS RUDE AND ACCUSED ME OF BOTHERING HIM TOO MUCH TO GET A BADLY NEEDED INFORMATION REGARDING MY CARE - HE SAID HE WAS TOO BUSY TO CALL ME BUT ONLY COULD TEXT ME AND WHEN HE DID HE DIDN'T ANSWER MY QUESTION!! MY LAST VISIT HE INFORMED ME THAT I WAS RUDE WITH HIM - STILL I GOT THROUGH MY VISIT AND MAYBE THINGS WILL IMPROVE WITH HIM IN THE FUTURE AND WANTED ME TO SIGN A CONTRACT WITH HIM??- HE DEFINITELY HAS A BAD BEDSIDE MANNER - DOESN'T FIT THE PROFESSION HE IS IN

He's a great doctor! He listens to you, takes account your medical history so any medications don't have a harmful long term effect, and is super caring a supportive!

Needs improvement with bedside manner, it's all work, nothing else can be discussed, trends towards unfriendly if you disagree with plans that are unsuitable.

I was Nervous to see a male doctor and have my concerns be blamed on anxiety or being overweight. However, Tyler did an amazing job of listening and validating my concerns. Tyler was in a hurry and didn't validate things I said. Additionally he told me he didn't have time to discuss all my concerns. I had 3 main things to discuss and be made me choose 2 and made me reschedule for the 3rd. I love this clinic by experience with Tyler was poor.

It was my first meeting with Tyler and he had done some work preparing for this first meeting. He was positive and friendly and knew my medical history. He asked questions listening to me respond and providing feedback and explanations on all issues we discussed. Although I may have required a little extra time to go over the issues concerning me he was exceptionally patient and kind and responded to all my questions and concerns. I am grateful for the extra time he took to answer my questions and look forward to meeting with him in the future.

he don't listen to the patients concern. He don't really explain things and cuts you off mid sentence is what it seems when you are trying to ask about or express concerns. He shuts down everything you mention. I'm over medical professionals and their egos. I just wish they would listen and actually care! They should consider the patients thoughts, opinions, & symptoms. Some people aren't researchers or learners but others are we don't accept the "ur fine, nothing is wrong with u" becuz we know how we feel!

He was not offended when I came to the visit and told him that my concern was my gall stones. He agreed my symptoms were gall stones and had actually looked at recent CT scans which I directed him to in the appointment request. No muss, no fuss. Come in, get help, go home.
