Vanessa was respectful during my appointment and listened to my concerns. However, it's disappointing that your provider doesn't call you when your test results are abnormal. I expect a call to explain next steps. Despite trying to reach the provider, they did not respond to my messages. I have to schedule a follow up to just be able to talk to them about my test results which to me is not great care.

I am so happy I got a new doctor. Before Dr. Vanessa I had a young male doctor but i was not happy with my first visit especially since it was my first visit to the doctors after a couple of years. He made the setting feel rushed and I felt like my concerns were not taking into consideration. I gave Redstone location another try. When I called back to Redstone health and asked for a new female doctor they set me up with Dr. Vanessa. I am so happy and pleased with her as my doctor. She makes me feel comfortable and she has so much knowledge and is so funny! So happy to find an awesome doctor!

Office visit was very good and informative, however, the follow up on prescriptions were terrible. I have called several times to get an update but no response. "Someone will get back with you" is all I hear. No body gets back with me. I have provided my prior medical records with a hard copy and in person after 5 attempts a faxing. Still 0 response.

This is the second admin screw up I have had post visit with Vanessa. I cannot figure out if Vanessa cancelled my perscription or if it was an admin screw up...but I am NOT HAPPY. I had similar admin issues trying to get my shoulder x-rayed. No signature on order, and 2 weeks to get a call back to try again.
