Despite their complexity, Dr. Reddy reduces the issues and potential challenges for the patient in a way that is caring and kind yet thorough and realistic. Dr. Vivek K Reddy listens and explains. The last few years have made a difference in the management of my health because he takes an interest which helps me manage my health. It is hard to explain. I knew nothing about the stroke, what caused it, what to do about it. Dr. Reddy devised treatment that I have followed. He worked with me to get off the statins which were challenging my quality of life. He listens and then works with me to come up with a plan. I feel the best I have in years.
True professional. Impressive knowledge and an obvious big heart for people
Dr. Reddy took my mother on as a new patient due to her previous Dr. moving on in his career. Right of the bat Dr Reddy was personable and caring especially with my mother who has dual dementia and gets very uncomfortable outside her normal routine. He took the time to speak directly with my mother making her feel relaxed and secure. My wife and I both noticed how well he new my mothers case even though this was our first time meeting with him. It was very apparent he did his research and had detailed knowledge of my mothers case. Having a stoke is a scary experience. Dr. Reddy has followed me from my hospital stay until now - almost a year later. Along the way, Dr. Reddy has made sure I know what's going on with my care and has kept me in the loop on all information and the decision making process. My experience is that Dr. Reddy is a personable, highly competent doctor. He carefully scrutinizes test results and respectfully listens to information provided by the patient and family at the office visit.
Dr Reddy is a unique physician that truly cares about his patients, physical, mental and emotional health. He is direct when he needs to but also gentle and kind. He attention to details of what matters to you, matters to him. He helps you to understand what you are dealing with and makes suggestions for viable solutions, but makes sure you understand the decisions are always yours. Always available for questions and any consultation.

I liked that Dr. Vivek Reddy spoke to my husband, first, in a way that he could understand and relate to. And then, he asked me to tell how I felt my husband was doing in regards to his dementia. Dr. Reddy explained very carefully why my husband can no longer drive our SUV due to physical and legal risks. That was most helpful hearing it from his doctor!

Competent MD, easy to speak with, good bedside manner. Only concern is limitation on time within specific circumstances. I wish I had been provided a means to reach out in order to clarify and determine next steps. In a rural setting, it's incredibly challenging to meet with a neurologist face to face. Also difficult having first seizure at work as health care provider and prolonged postictal phase trying to comprehend next actions. Overall-exceptionally kind MD and easy to speak to. My only complaints are circumstantial. It's daunting to attempt to process a conversation when you "are not connected".

Dr. Reddy handled a very difficult diagnosis as delicately as possible. Though we were disappointed with the diagnosis, we felt confidence in Dr. Reddy and the path that he laid out before us.
He told us one thing then put in his notes something else.
He is phenomenal! He treated me like I was a member of his family. He explained things thoroughly.

The doctor was very kind and took time to answer all my question and explain anything we didn't understand. I was relieved and impressed at his ability to handle my family members when they were getting frustrated or not being nice to him. I was very concerned that it would turn into an issue but he was amazing at handling and deescalating the situation. I also was appreciative that he listened to my concerns as a family member even though the patient was telling him my concerns were not valid.
In this visit Dr. Reddy did not discuss treatment options only recommended a waiting period of 6 to 9 months for retesting. He did a good job of explaining why this was his recommendation based on the recent pet scan results.
Dr. Teddy has always been open to listening to what we have to offer. He talks to [NAME REMOVED] about the Jazz which makes her feel like he cares about her not just the medical side of her. He is very personable.
Proposed treatment is awaiting results of blood tests.
He never asked us what our goals were going forward. He stressed the need for "data" but acknowledged that it would not affect the outcome or treatment. It made us feel like if we did not agree to the "data gathering" we were somehow negligent in this awful situation.
Excellent in explaining and differentiating symptoms of my memory problems. Unfortunately there was not enough information to suggest any treatment or specific causes. I got good advice on getting exercise, improving sleep and trying a sleep apnea device, and returning in 5 months to track disease progress.
As a caregiver, I did not receive any directions, or possible support groups.

He was so informed. He relayed what happened to me,what I could expect,what I should and should not do etc. He challenged me to work on getting better and gave a clear path moving forward.

I got to admit, I was a little afraid of coming in to the office this day but Dr.Reddy was absolutely AMAZING! He was the first Doctor to actually hear me out on not wanting to take any additional/unnecessary medications. I already have a whole pharmacy of pills that I rarely use but he understood my concern, addressed it, and still made me feel like everything was going to be okay. I'd recommend him to anyone and everyone. The student Dr that was there was great as well. I know she's going to be an amazing doctor!
