Met her at the last 2 year 5 for life events. When I missed my scheduled appointment and couldn't get in with my regular doctor I was glad to see she was available due to the care I received from her at the 5 for life. I feel like she shows genuine care and interest.

She was very caring and informative on her concern with my blood pressure She explained why some of the medications are so worthwhile as you get older. She listened to me and was very helpful in giving her opinion on some doctors in my area that I need to check into and pick one as my caregiver.

Dr. Macey is the best doctor in the world. She is the best doctor I ever had. She truly knows what it means to connect with her patients and be human and be real! She should be compensated well for her natural and genuine work. Please make her immortal.
I was told I'd see an information sheet in MyChart but I haven't seen it. I was able to look up some information on my own. Wendy is great, very compassionate and caring. I plan to continue to see her even though she's hard to get into (probably because she is so good).

I was unsure if the appointment was even over. I was not told and couldn't find anyone but my nurse and he said he thinks so. I had an extra training dr in the room too and no one told me anything about who it was or why. Very awkward.

I've been seeing Wendy Macey for a few years now and she has always been so educational and understanding. I took my son in for his appointment and she saw me so miserable ( had a really bad cold) she added me to the schedule for an exam and treated me for bronchitis. After 4 weeks of misery, an urgent care and ER visit that told me I just need to power through it, she heard me out, prescribed an antibiotic ( which I went to urgent care to begin with) and I am able to sleep and breathe right again after 4 weeks of suffering. And she does awesome with teenagers and explaining things. Her staff is amazing too

Wendy is so caring and helped us get set up with the right provider. She took her time and addressed the emotional as well as medical concerns. Very compassionate.
The PA took into account my clinical symptoms and my lab/chest x-ray results. She listened to my concerns and feedback and I feel like we decided and agreed upon a treatment plan together.
Dr Macey took the time to really stop and look at the full clinical picture, do the research to understand what was happening and It saved my life Thursday.

Wendy Macy hardly ever made eye contact with me. She was busy writing everything in the computer. She was focused on getting everything answered for the medicare form, which I didn't realize should be any different than getting a physical or establishing care. They all have a purpose of understanding my medical conditions and needs. When I told her I had been on a new inhaler that had only one side affect for anyone and I had that. She said "OK" Didn't ask me what that was. When I told her that I couldn't empty my bladder she said" OK".No comment about what I could do to help that, even If It meant calling my pulm dr.
She is always attentive and concerned.

Her greeting, and explanation of my appointment and other concerns that I had were immediately put at ease.
