Met her at the last 2 year 5 for life events. When I missed my scheduled appointment and couldn't get in with my regular doctor I was glad to see she was available due to the care I received from her at the 5 for life. I feel like she shows genuine care and interest.
She was great! Wanted her as my primary, but shes not at this location normally.

During the visit was great, after has been a little frustrating because my blood work was not in range and I have not received a call to discuss it. Some meds were adjusted but I still have questions and have left one message with a live person and one message through my chart and no response. I think Wendy Maceyis great so no complaints about her just wish I had a little better access to her to discuss issues after my appointment.

Wendy is wonderful I was pretty sick, running a fever (not the virus). she was so caring spent lots of time with me, stayed with me while receiving a bag fluid. She had me come back the next day to make sure I was getting better.

PA Macey cares a great deal and it shows. The only problem I have is how long we have to wait for her. This time is was 40 mins. The other times its been about 30. I know things are busy and she really cares and listens. I just wish she wouldnt be this way each time.

Wendy Macy hardly ever made eye contact with me. She was busy writing everything in the computer. She was focused on getting everything answered for the medicare form, which I didn't realize should be any different than getting a physical or establishing care. They all have a purpose of understanding my medical conditions and needs. When I told her I had been on a new inhaler that had only one side affect for anyone and I had that. She said "OK" Didn't ask me what that was. When I told her that I couldn't empty my bladder she said" OK".No comment about what I could do to help that, even If It meant calling my pulm dr.

I've been seeing Wendy Macey for a few years now and she has always been so educational and understanding. I took my son in for his appointment and she saw me so miserable ( had a really bad cold) she added me to the schedule for an exam and treated me for bronchitis. After 4 weeks of misery, an urgent care and ER visit that told me I just need to power through it, she heard me out, prescribed an antibiotic ( which I went to urgent care to begin with) and I am able to sleep and breathe right again after 4 weeks of suffering. And she does awesome with teenagers and explaining things. Her staff is amazing too

She was very caring and informative on her concern with my blood pressure She explained why some of the medications are so worthwhile as you get older. She listened to me and was very helpful in giving her opinion on some doctors in my area that I need to check into and pick one as my caregiver.
Wendy is a wonderful provider. My visit with her was brief, but even during that short time, she showed a great amount of interest in my condition. She admitted me to the ER which worried me quite a bit, but the way she spoke to me and assured me that I would be ok was not only comforting, but showed me that she truly cared about my condition and wanted me to recover as soon as possible. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and compassion, along with addressing my worried questions and concerns.
