Before joining Huntsman Cancer Institute, Dunson worked with the Division of General Medicine at the University of Utah and at Madsen Health Center as a primary care physician. Currently, he practices at the Huntsman Cancer Hospital where his clinical duties include evaluating acutely ill cancer patients in the Huntsman Cancer Hospital Acute Care Service.
