About as great as they come. Dr McCormick had performed a RFA on my lower back 2½ months prior to this appointment. Unfortunately it didn't work and today's appointment was followup to that procedure and to determine next steps. We agreed on a future injection procedure to be performed next month.

You are in most competent, compassionate, cutting edge hands with Dr. McCormick.
I have nothing but positive remarks about Dr. McCormick and his caring and professionalism.
I know that Dr Mccormick is the professor and he was supervisoring the procedure, but I would of liked to have been introduced to the doctor who performed the procedure. I am aware that the university is a learning facility but I would like to be introduced to the person who is actually performing said procedure. The person who did my procedure did a wonderful job and I would of liked to tell her so but she rushed off to quickly.

I came from out of state to seek Dr. McCormick's services. He was clear that he could refer me to people whose work he respected who were closer to my home and more convenient and cheaper for m to use. However, I felt I had exhausted my options elsewhere and opted for his services--that are working, for the first time for me in over 6 years.

Great doctor
Dr. Mccormick is and excellent physician. I trust him and I appreciate his skills and abilities.
Everything went fine with the appointment and procedure. I was in a lot of pain, which made it difficult to schedule an appointment to discuss options. But this then meant that I wasn't totally sure exactly what the issue was. Dr. McCormick's staff was responsive to messages about some persistent side effects after the procedure--I appreciated that they didn't immediately push another procedure and tried to let the problem subside on its own.

My time with Dr.Mccormick was very limited. The female Dr. who works with him spent more time with me. He could not help me with my particular problem. As I gathered my things I walked out to hear my name used and then laughter - what an unpleasant experience - never again.

Dr. Poulson actually did my procedure and I have to say I did not think he was as skilled or empathetic as Dr. Mccormick who usually does my shots.

This is a young man with a keen eye, a man who located the very nerves giving me pain, and burned them to death ( until they grow back). Amazing use, through a tv screen, no less!, of new tech methods. An ablation in the cervical area is so very tricky, but he got it exactly right, I do believe.

Dr. McCormick has taken excellent care of me through several procedures. He is not only skilled and knowledgeable, he is compassionate with his patients.
Very confident in Dr McCormicks experience and knowledge Appreciated his step-by-step education of the process.
A caring and compassionate physician who treated me with courtesy and respect and for this I sincerely thank you
Please read my prior comments. 100% positive
His reassurance that the cyst had nothing to do with my recent breast cancer diagnosis gave a huge sense of relief, which is second to the actual relief I feel now after the procedure! I feel great!!!
Great!
Lives up to his reputation
A caring Doctor who provides me with the care I need.
Very caring, professional and competant
I feel Dr McCormick strikes the perfect balance between having confidence in the treatment plan he offered along with his caring bedside manner being very patient and kindly explaining everything very well. He didn't seem rushed and took time for my questions.
Perfect excellent professional
Dr. McCormick is a great doctor. I am seeing him again this next week for same procedure on the other side of my back.
Dr. Mccormick is so kind, caring and helpful. He makes me feel validated and cared for.
Very friendly and most professional. Made me feel relaxed in what could be a stressful situation.
Very professional and knowledgeable.
Ive had chronic back pain for a long time. I feel like I am finally getting some help.
Informative and patient in answering questions. thank you.
Dr. McCormick patiently bore with me through the whole uncomfortable procedure. He has my sincere thanks.
He is kind, gentle, calming, and not afraid to touch the patient. I believe human contact is very important in the doctor-patient relationship. Also demonstrated expertise as the procedure took much less time than I anticipated.
Always a great experience but staff needs to inform patients of the difference between the Daybreak office and The U
Highly rated and good reviews!
Dr. McCormick was great to work with. He totally listened to my back pain issues. He also explained the steps forward in an easy to understand manner. I was very impressed with Dr. McCormick.
Dr. McCormick certainly helped guide me through the procedure with compassion and intelligence. The team was confident and caring.
Thank you Dr McCormick. You are a blessing to many!!!
He was very nice and caring. He explained things to me.
I don't want to see him again.
I don't want to see him again.
I love Dr. McCormick! He is very professional, but so warm and courteous. He listens and is sure to check everything and asks great questions to ascertain what the issue might be.
Nobody can tell me why I am having nerve pain just at my ankle and why my hip is feeling bruised. All they can say it is arthritis in the hip, that I all the sudden developed after a giant hematoma from a recent surgery and my ankle nerve pain is from my back, which inhabe had an injury to that since 2009 and now all the sudden its going to be the issue with my ankle since I had my surgery and tht giant hematoma my whole left leg was numb .... And after I got feeling back, my ankle had nerve pain let alone I can barely bend my toes and nobody seems concerned ... They just pass me off from Dr to Dr with no given answers.
Again, a truly amazing team. The best ever
I've recommended them to over a dozen people!
All staff was extremely caring, knowledgeable, and helpful
I have had exceptional care and concern from Dr. McCormick. His clinical and interpersonal skills are exceptional.
Nothing but good experiences at the south Jordan clinic
Good
PA was fine, but I scheduled with the doctor who never even came into the room. And they automatically scheduled me with the PA for a follow up visit.
The doctor and assistants were very good keeping me informed with what was going on and what to expect
The care provider is an excellent physician professionally as well as personally.
Dr. McCormick is a fabulous dr. I can't say enough good about him and his staff!
Dr. McCormick and the other caregivers were very friendly and helpful.
Dr. McCormick is an exceptionally skilled not only in performing the delicate procedures but also in his communication style.
My first procedure here literally gave me my life back...after many docs lead he to believe there was no hope to end the 6 months if constant intense pain....now after 12 years of having to make sure I can sit often to ease the pain on my lower back, Im planning that big active vacation I've avoided....landscaping my yard, and switching over the laundry.
Very good
As always, Dr. McCormick explains the procedure well and listens to my concerns.
Dr. McCormick is an extremely good doctor. He is very kind, he listens to my concerns and explains things clearly to me. He shows compassion during the procedure that is very helpful.
I would give them a 10.
Excellent
She just pulled my legs out
McKenna was great to deal with
Excellent!
Both the Provider and the PA were excellent! I would definitely recommend them to others in the future!
Eric B.Leach, PA-C and Dr. Z. McCormick are both steiiar individuals I enjoy interacting with; however, it seems to me that all three of us have differing views regarding my conditions and how to approach them. I believe we all have the same goal of avoiding more invasive and severe procedures for as long as possible but that a day will come that the more invasive route will become inevitable. So for the time being we agree to disagree and more forward with some consensus
I did not meet with my normal provider today. I am not sure who I met with, if they were doctors, PA's, etc. It was not explained to me why I didn't see my normal provider. They just said they'd talk to him and call me with a plan, and that was Friday. I have not heard back yet.
The assistant didn't really say alot about it
Dr McCormick is one of the most caring doctors that has ever treated me. He is truly concerned with his patient's needs and concerns.
My appointment was specifically made with Dr. McCormick NOT his P/A. Considering I was not seen by Dr. McCromick, I would say his concern for my care was very poor indeed. AS such there is zero chance I will return to see Dr. McCormick or recommend him to anyone else.
I made sure that my needs are taken he arrived and he listened and promised to me that it won't being near emplant
Dr McCormick is such an excellent provider. He is truly concerned about me and he really shows it. Iam so lucky
Dr. McCormick was very helpful in explaining the MRI and possible treatments for my neck pain.
Excellent
Dr. McCormick was very good at understanding my concerns regarding my upcoming partial knee replacement, and acted accordingly by suggesting treatment for my back that would help in my recovery.
Physician was very thorough in explaining future possible procedures, and he listened carefully to my concerns.
They always inform me of the risks and concerns that I have about my care and procedures that are coming and asked me to comfort and problems that I am worried about and tell me that how to take care of the procedures that I have and what to do if I have any problems coming up and how to get in touch with them to give me papers to give me a number and how to take care if I have any of the problems.
The care is exceptional!!
Doctor McCormick is top notch. He shows a genuine concern for my problem and has gone the extra mile to help me feel better.
Dr. McCormick's bedside manner leave something to be desired
Very good experience even if there were "needles" involved!! The team is great!
Applies both to Marilou Oh and Dr McCormick
The experience was well worth the procedure
Dr McCormick is the BEST out there. I specifically chose him if I know he can perform my procedures.
Very productive visit.
I never saw the doctor. Saw a PA. New issue occurring.
Excellent
However, we need to have additional discussion about severe stenosis @ C-2 and the spinal stenosis that is plaguing me.
Dr McCormick is one if the best physicians I have found and has the best bedside manner
Couldn't have asked for anything better
Good experience
Excellent listening & clear communication.
It was in person an they are great
I waited 4 months to see Dr McCormick and it turns out another doctor, a physicians assistant was assigned to handle my appointment. I saw Dr Marilou Oh.She was very proficient, pleasant and helpful and I have absolutely no complaints about her examination and suggestions, but I am wondering, if I couldn't see Dr McCormick for my examination, why did I have wait four months. They offered me a consultation with Dr McCormick after I saw Dr Oh but I didn't see any point in that. When I make an appointment with Dr Mc Cormick, and wait 4 months to see him as the primary consult, I really expect to see him and not someone else....disappointed. My back problems are becoming a major issue in my life and I hoped to see a physician who has followed my problems over the past years.
Good
I am eternally blessed and lucky to go here
Dr McCormick always goes the extra mile to take care of his patient's needs! He is the kind of doctor I feel so lucky to have taking care of me!

Dr McCormick made time to discuss my concerns about having a spinal cord stimulator. He is so understanding and kind.I trust in his expertise and my back to him.
Have already recommended several to Dr. McCormick and Dr. Mahan.
All good
This was my first visit with Doctor McCormick. He was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. He provided several options not given to me by other providers. He gave my hope about my condition. Additionally, the rest of his team were just as professional as Doctor McCormick.
Good experience
Dr McCormick and Dr. Clark were excellent
I asked Dr. McCormick what he would do if I was his wife.... He gave me a very honest recommendation. I trust him whole heartedly.
I was at the orthopedic center for over 2 hours with most of that time in the exam room by myself waiting for the PA and then Dr. McCormick. Of those 2+ hours, less than 20 minutes were spent with the PA and Dr combined. Oddly, at my last appointment with Dr McCormick in Feb 2021, the wait time alone In the exam room was very similar.
Excellent
Dr Mccourmick and his assistant are both amazing. They are the reason I keep coming back because they care and help with my pain.
Dr. McCormick had a great team.
This was the first time I met with Marilou Oh, Dr McCormicks PA for an emergency appointment. She was very helpful and thorough and called me the following day to see how I was doing.
My experience with this care provider has been very positive
Couldn't be better.
Dr McCormick is very thorough with his explanations about the treatments and very caring with the way he provides these treatments. He has an excellent staff that works well with him including his nurse, Jessica Visser, Allison and Zoe. Great team!
Excellent in every way.
I had complications no resource to contact. Email through MyChart and efforts poor.
I've never had a doctor who's as knowledgeable or as helpful as Dr. McCormick. Best Dr. at the U
All good
DR McCormick was very through and had options offered I had not heard before.
looked at mri and during exam explained what was found
I don't know what I would without Dr McCormick to help me! He helps me with so many of my health concerns regardless if it has to do with his specialty or not. The level of genuine care and concern he shows warms my heart. I came in feeling scared and a little hopeless and I left feeling hopefulwith several treatment plans in place. Thank you so much for being an amazing doctor and a wonderful human being.
The procedure was painful, but Dr McCormick was very empathetic and took necessary action to minimize my discomfort. The staff also provided me the necessary assistance following the procedure.
this was superb!
Dr Burnham and Dr McCormack were both made sure that I was doing well during the procedure and took time to listen and explain. Both great providers and amazing doctors who know what they are doing. I felt well cared for the entire time.
Amazing!
Dr McCormick is a caring, competent and compassionate physician
The treatment and concern shown by the entire team was exceptional.

Felt like the doctor was a little rushed.

Dr McCormick is the most caring doctor I have ever had the privilege to be treated by. He cares about your health and knows what needs to be done.

Dr. McCormick has always been great. Him and his team are awesome
I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. McCormick! I've had my current issue for over a year and tried different solutions without success with another physician. Dr McCormick was able to pinpoint the real cause of the problem in a very short time period and I am so thankful I decided to move to having him treat me.
good
yes I would recommend Dr. Zachary to any of my friends are others that I know I think he is a very knowledgeable, Professional and seems to be very thoughtful and considerate of his patients.

great doctor very patient.
DR MCCORMICK IS EXCELLENT AND GREAT TO TALK TO.
Dr. McCormick has an incredible bedside manner. It's refreshing to have someone who helps you feel positive about your pathology and shows genuine concern for your well being. Also very skilled and professional
Eric and Dr. McCormick were both excellent. Eric took a great amount of time making sure he understood my problem and Dr. McCormick confirmed his findings. A superb team!
I am very happy with all the care that I have received from Dr. McCormick. He always seems happy to see me, and shows he cares about my back pain. He has been so helpful in resolving my issues, and I'm thankful for the care he gives me.
Very good and enlightening two way conversation including images to help understanding
dr McCormick is so smart and truly cares about making his patients better
Excellent in every way.
Dr. McCormick is wonderful; I would not trust these procedures to anyone else!
very good experience
It was harder to communicate with provider virtually than in person. I found it more difficult to communicate clearly in the virtual appointment.
no plans for the future given to me still searching for whether I even have a follow
Dr. McCormick is very caring. He is also very knowledgeable and explains things in a understandable way.
Dr. McCormick always has my long-term heath in mind. I think he's the greatest
PA & Dr. McCormick both did a super job.
good
so glad I switched to Dr McCormick from Dr Hansen. it is a much better fit for me as a patient.
I am amazed at the amount of time I was given during my appointment and by the depth of explanation regarding my medical issues. True professionals.
very positive and proactive...
I have recommended him to a few people already he is very pleasant and has a great bed side maner in explaining things to you
Doctor was very precise in describing the problem and options for treatment. Instilled confidence before, during, and after procedure. Took time to explain what to expect and was bang on.
I received confirmation that my understanding was correct.
Wonderful experience, I wish I had found Dr. McCormick sooner. Honestly this was the best experience I have ever had with any medical provider
good
I am a retired M.D., so I speak the same medical speak as the provider. It is easy for me to communicate with the staff and the provider.
Dr. McCormick has shown me genuine care and concern. He is very professional and has an excellent care team.
For quite a while I was barely able to hear the doctor then something changed and I could hear him fine for the rest of the time. The doctor was great.
Dr. McCormick was great and we were able to have a clear discussion about my current problem.
This was a great experience and it was all explained well to me.
A superb appointment. Thank you.
I would have liked more time to ask in depth questions regarding the procedure. I only had a little time in the procedure room to ask questions that the doctor seemed happy to answer but since everyone was ready to start, I felt rushed. I would have liked some time before going into the procedure room to ask questions. I didn't ask questions of the person who checked me in because she was there to take vitals. So, I saved my questions for the doctor. Perhaps, a pre-op phone appointment. I did receive a call from, I think, a nurse a few days before but she didn't know the answers to my questions and said the doctor could answer them, but I didn't really get good time for that. Next time, I will insist before I drive 5 hours, spend the money on the gas, and probably spend a lot of money for the procedure because my insurance is such a fraud, to have something done that I still don't completely understand.
the service and care I've been receiving since moving my care to the U has been excellent
Both Dr. McCormick and Dr. Zuilcke superb!
Dr. McCormick is an amazingly giving doctor as a person as well as being a superb physician.
Dr. McCormick & his staff were spectacular. They were fast and efficient. Dr. McCormick was very compassionate and empathetic in regards to my issues. He went out of his way to get me in promptly even at the expense of inconveniencing himself and adjusting his schedule. He was very skilled at performing my injection. I was essentially pain free the next day and have done very well since. I was very happy with my results and am back doing my regular activities. I don't use the healthcare system much, but this was a great experience. I have a lot of confidence to do the activities I enjoy knowing Dr. McCormick can alleviate my symptoms when needed.
Dr. McCormick is an excellent doctor and gave me a complete explanation of what he was suggesting. The resident doctor he is working with was also excellent!
Top Drawer!!
it's hard when you have to do your appointment over the phone. the information exchange is not as good
she was a good doctor and did much more than my daughter's last doctor did for her when we came in for the issue!!
always good experience
dr mccormick and dr tate were excellent.
This was a good appointment. I feel like I have a plan for something that could work for my condition
perfect and grateful for the great attention
Thank You for your accomodations.
The injection was done as planned and I was informed of what may occur after a few days.
