Dr. Kagen was very helpful and answered all the questions we had about our newborn. Glad we got to get in to see her!
Dr. Karen is a wonderful pediatrician. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is thoughtful yet efficient. She communicates so well with kids.

Absolutely wonderful pediatrician. Very knowledgeable, asked lots of questions to understand the reason for appointment, we never felt rushed thru the appointment, she devised a clear plan moving forward and had a great bedside manner with the kiddo.
Truly an exceptionable doctor. She has incredible patience, empathy, and genuine care for her patients. I think anyone would be lucky to call her their doctor.

Dr Kagen is very thoughtful and thorough. She shows she is there to support us in our parenting and in our son's growth by approaching all issues without shame, but with a goal of finding what fits best for our family. My son always looks forward to seeing her in our visits.

Dr. Kagen is a top notch provider. She's a caring professional who asked my 10yo questions directly in a way that he could understand and allows him to feel comfortable and confident in his own care. Who does not love Dr. Kagen? She has the perfect blend of professionalism, relatability, and warmth. She's not pushy or judgmental. She's kind and very gentle. She's thorough with her explanations without causing overwhelm. My kids do so well with her and we look forward to coming to see her.

She was so attentive and answered all of our questions. We didnt feel rushed or overlooked. We transferred from a different doctor and were a little nervous, but Dr. Kagen was amazing.
So nice, non judgemental, always answers any question in an easy to understand way without silently judging our parenting. So sweet to our baby too always talks to him and asks loads of questions about his development.

Dr. Kagen has fantastic bedside manner for both child and parent. She clearly follows evidenced based practice and has a heart for the pediatric population. It can be hard to find a provider that you feel you click with but Dr. Kagen made me feel heard and validated with any concerns I had regarding my child. Shes lovely!

Dr Kagen is simply the best. She's so good with my kids and has the best ways of explaining things to me where I understand and treats my babies so kindly.

Dr. Kagen is so informative, kind, thoughtful, and great with my baby. She does a wonderful job of telling me what to expect and talking about milestones to look out for. When I've had questions or concerns, she's great about addressing them. She also guided me through a very difficult start with breastfeeding, and I've now been going for over a year.
I felt like she was very rushed and she didn't really take the time to explain what was going on. The after care instructions were pretty vague.
Love Dr. Kagen. I like the newness of the rooms but hate that pediatrics does not have a separate waiting room. I hate the parking at the main hospital more so I'm not switching locations.
Dr. Kagen is the most exceptionally compassionate, thorough, wonderful pediatrician we have ever seen. We adore her. She is a gem and we never want to see anyone else.

There was a lot of confusion for us as we were sent to the ED from here for dangerously low blood pressure. At the ED they seemed to have some assumptions going in (that the cause was an eating disorder) that ended up causing us a lot of stress. So there was a failure in communication, though I'm not sure where that was. Dr Kagen was very compassionate and really good about following up, though.
Dr Kagen was exceptional, as always.
Dr. Kagen explained everything in terms I could understand! She helped me make the correct decision regarding my sons vaccinations.
Please try to discuss questionnaire results during the office visit when possible. It was a little frustrating to read the after visit summary and find out that our child was labeled as "at risk" on one of the questionnaires without having any discussion about it during the visit. (I had filled out the questionnaire online a day before the visit, so I'm making the assumption that the doctor had our results at the time of the visit.) The doctor did a good job of resolving my concerns through MyChart after I asked, but it would've saved me time and worry if we had discussed it during the office visit.
Doctor spent 15 minutes with us. She was rushed through the whole 15 minutes. She didn't even go through all of the things I told the nurse that I was concerned about.

i have nothing but great things to say about Dr Kagen. she has literally saved my baby boys life twice now. to say she did her job is an insult. she did more than her job, she cared so much for not only my son but us as a family. called to check up on us several times through his numerous procedures. i get so emotional when thinking about all she has done for my boy. i will forever be in her debt. she is the most compassionate and loving dr i have ever known, if there is a raise to her salary you give it to her!!! my son would not be here today were it not for her! she is everything you would want and more in a pediatrician! please let her know how grateful i am to her! if i could do anything to repay her for her amazing work and care i would pay it!!thank you Dr. Kagen!

I noticed after visit on my chart. That my son was due for some vaccines. I would have liked if nurse or dr mentioned this so I could've taken care of it that day.
