The New You Program

Designed for adults, the NEW You Program combines nutrition, exercise, and wellness to help you eat healthier, become more active, and reach your weight goals. We use the latest research to guide you in reshaping your lifestyle for long-term success. Our program offers a combination of both one-on-one and group sessions totaling 22 sessions over 12 months.

The NEW You(th) Program focuses on teens aged 12–18. Our program teaches essential skills in nutrition, movement, and healthy habits. You will participate in 15 sessions over six months. Our classes are a combination of both one-on-one and group sessions. You'll finish our program with knowledge on how to develop lifelong strategies to make smart food choices, boost activity levels, and build a strong foundation for well-being.

Testimonials

“I have really appreciated the group classes. Having people to support you and give you great feedback and ideas has been a tremendous help. I also love [our instructor]. She has always provided great direction and overall positive attitude to everyone. It has made my journey thus far worth every step.”
“Though there are daily challenges, it’s not about rules or willpower or depriving myself of the food I like to eat. It’s about building a different relationship with food and with myself.”
