Whatever concerns and/or issues we have are always dealt with in a professional, knowledgeable and caring manner. In most cases, he knows the tests to utilize to further his diagnosis and if he doesn't know the answer, he always researches and won't stop until he finds the answers. Besides all of this, he is a great guy. Dr Miller's nurse, Melissa Anderson, is also tops in her field. Whenever we have health issues, or need to make appointments, we can count on her to follow up. Dr. Miller makes me feel like I am his most important patient. While always professional, he also connects personally which is much appreciated. His exams are always thorough from checking my ears to my ankles. I had a new issue to talk to him about and being the great diagnostician that he is, he figured things out and gave me a plan before I left the office. I cannot say how appreciative I am to have his care and concern. He also spent time answering questions and sharing his knowledge and perspectives on covid. That had so much value. I respect him greatly and trust his assessments and input. If every doctor had his skills and professional/personal manner the health care industry would be so much better. University Hospital seems to have many high caliber doctors and good leadership like Dr. Millers. Our health care system is fortunate to have Dr. Thomas Miller.
