UofU Patient December 26, 2012At my last visit I was told I would be called to schedule my ultra sound, but if I didn't hear back within a week to call them. I ended up having to do that, and they said that there were no orders for an ultrasound! Then this time I was told I will be called about an appointment with a high risk OB. But if I don't hear anything within 7 days to call them. I find it very odd that they don't schedule things right then. It seems like they are setting themselves up for failure.

Im glad I have found a good doctor to have as my family practioner. I appreciate her friendliness and careing attitude.

UofU Patient April 17, 2012I like Dr Van Hala very much, but worry about availability and ease of communication after a recent incident. I also feel as though this particular visit would have been better suited by visiting a dermatologist or plastic surgeon (for a small mole removal) to best mitigate the risks of scarring. I wish I had been informed of that.
