I was given a lot of instructions about what to do (OTC meds to take and how often, self-care, and more,) and I asked if this would be provided to me on MyChart. It wasn't so all I remember is how much tylenol to take. This disappointed me. I would have written everything down had I known it wouldn't be listed in MyChart.

I was initially concerned as Dr. Hansen said she reviewed so many MRI's over the weekend, I didn't feel she recalled mine specifically. But, then on reviewing it, it appeared she keyed in and provided responses appropriately. There is so much orthopedic jargon in the lab report/findings that I was alarmed at the possibilities of my condition. Dr. Hansen set those fears aside.

I was confused when a PA walked into the room because I thought I was going to be seen by Dr. Hansen and not the PA. If the appointment is scheduled with the PA, that should be reflected in the MyChart appointment so the patient is aware.
