Dr Shum listened carefully to me and took my concerns seriously. She provided a plan as well as a backup plan for getting my symptoms under control and clearly explained everything I needed to know. She's a caring, wonderful doctor. I highly recommend her!

she showed care and concern. i feel the video makes appts rusged and impersonal so the provider is not really listening and responding appropriately to my exact concerns or situation. just rushing to the next appr or making assumptions especially when they have never met with me.

Dr. Shut was amazing. Even though our appointment was started late she spent ample time with me and made sure the plan of care discussed was something I could follow up with.
