I was unable to see the Dr. As I could not wait any longer and the nurse told me after waiting another 15 minutes that it would be at least 20 more minutes. The nurse talked to the Dr. And gave me the Dr.'s message about what I should do moving forward. Later that evening Dr. Donovan called me on the phone an apologized for the wait and not being able to see me. She again gave me instructions on moving forward.
