Chanteel has always been a stellar provider in the years I've been under her care! She is an excellent listener, a detailed problem-solver, and is abundantly reassuring when my fears & worries seem to get the better of me. I've whole-heartedly trusted her to keep me alive & thriving during my young adult cancer screenings, diagnosis, and months of treatment. As a result, I would absolutely recommend her to any of my loved ones faced with cancer. She takes the time during our visits to not only hear my experiences, anxieties, goals, frustrations, etc but also to validate them and even research my questions to better respond later if she doesn't know the answer right away. I deeply appreciate her sincerity and calming energy so much, as she kept me going thru the most challenging chapter of my life thus far. I'll be forever grateful!

It didn't appear the checklist I completed before the visit was reviewed. When I was asked who is the youngest member of my family to have been diagnosed with cancer, I explained who and what age. This seemed to be a surprise even though I had included this information on the checklist and completed this several days before the appointment. Maybe they have to ask to confirm instead of assuming the checklist is complete?I was never asked what type of cancer my sister was recently diagnosed with. Maybe this doesn't play into my situation, but I was surprised the cancer type was never addressed. I was also surprised at how short the visit was and later questioned if it was thorough. I can't imagine if the visit was in person it would have lasted less than 10 minutes. Appeared distracted or needed to get to something else. Maybe my expectations were way off.
