    Ms. Au seemed efficient and knowledgeable. My only reservation was that she seemed rushed. She sat at the computer during the appt. and dismissed one of my concerns...pain in my shoulder. She was focused on my spine and the pain I have in my neck and arm. That was the main concern, but I really wanted her to address my shoulder concern as well. She told me that we would worry about that later.

    The provider really listened to me and she explain my situation where I can easily understand and she was very happy my pain became less.
