4.9 /5( out of 42 reviews )The patient rating score is an average of all responses on our patient experience survey. The rating averages scores for all questions about care from our providers.
The scale on which responses are measured is 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score.
Patient Comments
Patient comments are gathered from our patient experience survey and displayed in their entirety.
Patients are de-identified for confidentiality and patient privacy.September 16, 2024CLINICAL NEUROSCIENCES CENTERHe took the time to explain what was going on with my disease and how to take care of it moving forward. I really appreciated the time he took with us.
September 16, 2024CLINICAL NEUROSCIENCES CENTERDr. Shofty is friendly and personable. He takes whatever time is needed to fully explain and answer questions. At the start of the visit, I was very stressed. He quickly picked up on this, addressed my concerns, easing my anxiety and stress. We discussed realistic expectations of the upcoming procedure. He provided information on how to contact him and his office and encouraged me to make use of the contact information. Both he and his nurse, Alison, alleviated my fears and elicited confidence in them as practitioners. I am confident that my upcoming surgery will go well.
September 15, 2024CLINICAL NEUROSCIENCES CENTERDr Shofty has a calm, confident demeanor which eased my concerns about the procedure. He answered any questions I had and supplied information in a proactive way, providing information that I had not considered asking about. And it appears that he can perform as well as explain because I'm extremely satisfied with the results.
September 01, 2024CLINICAL NEUROSCIENCES CENTERGreat personable doctor and did a great job with a very complex surgery.
July 13, 2024CLINICAL NEUROSCIENCES CENTERGreat MD, very skilled and knowledgeable.
June 23, 2024CLINICAL NEUROSCIENCES CENTERI loved my entire experience. I have nothing even remotely bad to say.
May 19, 2024CLINICAL NEUROSCIENCES CENTERDr Shofty is amazing. He listened to me because I had some concerns and he was able to address everything and assured me that this will be an easy operation. Thank you doctor
May 04, 2024CLINICAL NEUROSCIENCES CENTERDr. Ben Shofty has a marvelous presence about him. And, he does not have that attitude of so many in the medical field that leaves us clients wondering: what's really ahead. Dr. Shofty was gracious, kind, and very ¿open¿ about everything. It's honestly a pleasure to have met with Dr. Ben. I'm truly looking forward, now, to this coming experience. Most grateful, I and my dear wife, Susan, are!!! Thank You, Dr. Shofty.
April 21, 2024CLINICAL NEUROSCIENCES CENTERDr. Ben Shofty is one of the finest people we've met in the medical field. He took the time to make sure we understood the upcoming procedure for our son and urged us to ask questions and express concerns. He's amazing.
