One of the best that I have had the pleasure of meeting and having a procedure done in your hospital. This person needs and deserves recognition for her ability and professional conduct and also for making you feel like a person and not a number in their day. Andrea is very professional. Her background experience with BMT helps her work extremely well with people that are being care for by both the haematological and BMT teams (things like recognizing GVHD in early stages) when you might not have BMT appointment that week.
