  • Dr. Moreno recently joined University of Utah OBGYN as medical director of their Midlife Women’s Health and Menopausal Medicine program. She earned her Bachelor of Sciences degree in Biology from Virginia Tech and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is board-certified in family medicine and did her specialty women’s health training at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Her focused training includes midlife care involving perimenopause, menopause, hormone therapy, bone health (osteoporosis management and treatment), sexual dysfunction, vulvar dermatoses, genitourinary syndrome of menopause, and management of menopausal symptoms in high-risk breast cancer patients and breast cancer survivors. She is also an associate editor for Utah Women's Health Review, a peer-review journal and a reviewer for American Family Physician.

    Dr. Moreno was born and raised in the Philippines and moved to the U.S. with her family at the age of 11. She is an avid runner and enjoys long-distance running. She is passionate about writing, listening to podcasts, cooking, reading, traveling and tending to her small vegetable garden.

    If you are experiencing symptoms that you think may be related to peri/menopause, do not wait. Make an appointment with Dr. Moreno. She is wonderful, capable, and kind. I am feeling significantly better after starting treatment with her.
