Es muy amabley me ayud en muchas cosas
Dr Creal had exceptional beside manners and made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment, which I find rare. I will likely book my future appointments with her.
The midwife Christina Creal could not find a heartbeat on the 14th which indicated miscarriage was likely. She told me she would call me when my beta hcg bloodwork was in but never called me that day, nor the following day, nor ever. I called the morning of the 15th saying I was expecting a call and anxious to discuss what to do next as I was taking time off of work for this. A detailed message was taken down but by 4pm no call was received. I had to use the Urgent Line in order to get any kind of answers or guidance on next steps. I later learned Creal had placed an order for an ultrasound but did not tell me that one had been placed so I wasn't aware I needed to schedule it, and had not made a note for the ultrasound tech that no heartbeat was detected in clinic and that this was to confirm demise. I felt like she dropped the ball on communicating with me at a critical juncture. I also found out she had not even listed me on the miscarriage watch list.
