  • Dr. Fatma Tuncer, is a fellowship trained Plastic Surgeon at the University of Utah. Her clinical interests include lymphedema, breast reconstruction, microsurgery, and lower extremity reconstruction. She is experienced in lymphovenous bypass (also called LVA), vascularized lymph node transfer and excision procedures for lymphedema.
