Great doctor and team; felt comfortable and at ease

Dr. Van Horn has helped me for years to manage gynecological issues from the complicated and stressful issues to the average and awkward issues. Was told I could possibly have a vanishing twin but wasn't told too much about it. Was told that sonograms weren't a specialty. I was recommended to go a sonogram the following week. I followed up due to concern over the lack of firm explanation or findings. Again this could of been explained more if I had time to meet doctor and have her look at sonogram but at this point it was an hour past appointment time. I had a total of maximum 5 minutes with PA.

Dr. VanHorn is the BEST. I can write a book on how amazing she has been and continues to be. One thing I will mention to whomever may read this and relate it to the correct people: the U is never to let Dr. VanHorn go for any reason (not even retirement- haha) ! The departure of Dr. Fang in PEDS was one of those never forgotten mistakes the U has allowed to occur. Dr. Vanhorn - patients may never forgive that one ! LOVE LOVE LOVE her care for patients, the respectful demeanor, the gentility of her approach to anything, the sensitiveness of the subject and the ability to bring it to such human terms that anyone feels comfortable. I could write a book about her - she is AMAZING !
