Jennifer O'Donohoe, MD

Jennifer O’Donohoe, MD, Associate Professor (Clinical), graduated from the Triple Board Residency Program at the University of Utah School of Medicine. She is a board certified pediatrician, psychiatrist, and child psychiatrist. She currently works as an attending physician in the partial hospitalization programs (Kidstar and Teenscope) at the University of Utah Huntsman Mental Health Institute. She is also the Medical Director of these programs. She sees patients aged 4-17 years old with a wide variety of psychiatric diagnoses. Dr. O’Donohoe has treated patients in both the inpatient and day treatment settings. In these settings, she treats her patient’s psychiatric illnesses as well as their medical illnesses. Her areas of clinical interest include those with severe mental illness, requiring inpatient hospitalization as well as developmental disorders. She also focuses on the interconnectedness of psychiatric illnesses and those illnesses traditional seen as physical.
