The patient rating score is an average of all responses on our patient experience survey. The rating averages scores for all questions about care from our providers. The scale on which responses are measured is 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score.
Patient comments are gathered from our patient experience survey and displayed in their entirety. For the convenience of our visitors, some patient comments have been translated from their original language into English while preserving their original meaning as accurately as possible. Patients are de-identified for confidentiality and patient privacy.

Dr Myers has always shown concern far beyond expectations. His approachability is excellent.
I always thought it was interesting that I never saw Dr. Myers in any of my follow up visits and in the 2 follow-up visits I was seen by two different doctors on Dr. Myers team.

Good
I was told I was seeing the doctor. I assumed the PA would want to see how my surgery had gone, including my cuts, drain, and stoma as it was a 2 week follow up, but they did not
I had mentioned this in the earlier comments. And keep this in mind that I'm going to come back because I have no other option and I am praying that I will be taken serious and not just made fun of.
I scheduled to see my Dr, Dr Meyers, and he wasn't there. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied
I felt Dr. Myers's listened and understood my concerns.
Dr. Meyers and his staff were very professional and empathetic.
The news was badf but providers were frank and kind
Dr Myers and his staff are awesome!
Dr. Myers communicates like a teacher, which is exactly what you want from your service providers, specially doctors.
Dr. Myers has been very nice, but I feel that my visits have been rushed and I haven't had a chance to ask all the questions I have before proceeding with surgery. I also felt that he and his fellow (I forget his name) are on very different pages regarding my treatment and that makes me a little nervous.
Excellent communication, great explanations, answered questions, considerate of my and my situation, wonderful
Excellent explanation and experience! Couldn't have asked for anything better!
The fellow was great, he took plenty of time to work with me. What bothered me was that I barely got any time to speak with Dr. Myers himself. In a 45 minute appointment, I probably saw Dr. Myers for 5 minutes of it.
Couldn't have been better.
Had bleeding issue after drains removed. Called Plastic surgeon they didn't call back, then we called a 2nd time, got them, they refused to discuss it since Urology removed the drains. Called Urology a couple of times, no response.
I always give the highest recommendations to others regarding Dr. Myers and his staff. Dr. Myers is very busy, but always takes time to discuss treatment options and solicits my input.
I didn't meet with dr Meyers until I requested he talk to me. I think they were just going to have me talk to his resident
Was told that the healing process of my main surgery could take longer than I was previously informed.

I felt uncomfortable with the dr and assist that came in and did not exsplain what I needed to do just basically said drop your pants ,where I stood, I was confused and uncomfortable and they failed to draw the curtain providing privacy from people walking through the door
I have been very pleased with my
Everything was expanded and I was included in all discussions.
the provider showed great care and concern, but ultimately did not provide any type of creative solution. was simply told there's not much they can do but to monitor the problem and come back if the problem comes back.
Very Good I'm always very happy.
