    Dr. Blue received his Medical Degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in Loma Linda, California, followed by a Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Los Angeles County – USC Medical Center, where he developed a passion for research and caring for underserved patients. He completed a fellowship at the University of New Mexico and was a University of Utah Health Women's Reproductive Health Research (WRHR) K12 scholar from 2018-2022. Dr. Blue is also fluent in Spanish and has enjoyed working with Spanish speaking populations. He is board certified in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
